Ingredients 1
10 eggs retrieved only yellow
200 g sago farmers
200 gr sugar
Material 2:
source
1 tablespoon yeast bread (yeast)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tbsp plain flour
3 tablespoons warm water
Material 3
300 ml thick coconut milk
2 pieces of pandan leaf
2 pieces lemongrass
10 sheets of orange leaves
Method:
For the starter: Mix all starter ingredients until blended. Let standten minutes.
Boil coconut milk with lemongrass, pandan leaves, lime leaves to a boil. Chill until lukewarm.
Beat the egg yolks and sugar until smooth, then enter the sago,prickly, and coconut milk. Stir until smooth, strain and let stand for 3hours.
Enter in the mold, roast with fire down until dry, then turn the heat onuntil cooked.
