1 whole coconut
10 pieces of red onion
3 cloves garlic
5 grains hazelnut
1 / 2 tablespoons coriander
1 / 4 tablespoon cumin
1 / 4 tablespoon pepper
1 cm laos
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass
1 / 2 tablespoon brown sugar
salt to taste and diamond
How to make chicken opor:
Clean chicken and cut into pieces, drain.
Grated coconut, squeeze to produce thick coconut milk and liquidmilk, set aside.Blend all ingredients except lemon grass, bay leaves and laos.
Enter the liquid coconut milk in a saucepan, add spices, stir untilboiling.
Enter the chicken, pour the thick coconut milk.
Cook until chicken is cooked meat.
Serve with rice cake.
